Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring Full-Time Behavioral Aides for the 2026/2027 school year in the Apple Valley area. The role involves assisting students with special needs in K-12 settings, implementing IEPs and BIPs, and delivering one-on-one instructional support using ABA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance and TB screening as applicable by state.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
