Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring a Part-Time Behavioral Aide for the 2026/2027 school year in the Apple Valley region. The role offers an hourly pay range of $18.50–$21.00 with benefits, Monday–Friday school hours, and approx. 6.5-hour shifts.

You will support students with special needs in K-12 settings, implementing IEPs and BIPs, providing one-on-one instruction, and applying ABA methodologies to reach targeted goals within a collaborative educational team.

Qualifications

• ABA methods used to support behavioral goals
• IEP and BIP implementation experience
• Strong communication and reliability required
• Must be 18+ years old, some roles require a driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs for students
• Provide one-on-one instructional support aligned to student needs
• Apply ABA techniques to target behaviors
• Respond to crisis using Pro-ACT or CPI interventions
• Monitor students during classes, breaks, meals, and transportation
• Record daily data on behavior, progress, and learning objectives
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors
