Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring Part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction across Fairfax County and surrounding areas. You will work with BCBA-guided plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and communicate with families to promote consistency at home and in the community.

We value experience with children ages 2–21 and offer a $200 sign-on bonus after 2 weeks, a $300 retention bonus after 6 months, plus benefits including training, CE opportunities, and career

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or a related field.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Completion of Achieve Beyond 30-hour training and passing competency exam.
• Self-motivated, team player, patient and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members, providing debriefs and resources for home and community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
