BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in their homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with families to support independence and positive behavior.

This entry point offers meaningful hands-on experience in psychology and flexible, part-time hours. No experience is required; you will receive full training and must complete the 40-hour RBT course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
