Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home or community settings. No experience required; paid training will be provided, and you will start in a part-time role while you complete the 40-hour RBT course.

You will work as part of a clinical team, record session data, support families, and help clients build independence using evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of a clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
