Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions, with a focus on independence and positive behavior.

This role starts part-time, with a six-month commitment encouraged. You will work in clients' homes or community locations, collaborate with a clinical team, record session data, and help families foster progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Position starts part time with a six-month commitment.
