Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training (written exam and field evaluation).
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group treatment under Clinical Supervisor.
• Record and review patient progress with accuracy.
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor to maintain quality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
