Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Part Time Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will provide 1:1 treatment to children with autism across centers, homes, and schools, recording data and supporting families.

A background in working with children and a related bachelor's degree are preferred. Starting pay is $21 per hour with benefits including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, retirement, life insurance, and ongoing RBT training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience working with children preferred
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Work under supervision of BCBA to implement treatment plans
• Support parent and caregiver training
• Collect data and document client records
• Communicate with parents and team to improve treatment plans
• Provide services at center, home, school, or other locations
• Occasional driving between clients
