Job summary

Butterfly Effects seeks Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in implementing ABA-based plans. You will work under BCBA supervision, track progress, and help children develop communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.

The role is part-time (12–20 hours/week) with opportunities for growth toward RBT and BCBA paths, plus financial support for training. A compassionate, team-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification if already obtained.
• Passion for working with children and families; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements ABA-based behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes and records client progress and daily behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry in the online system.
• Participates in ongoing training to increase skills.
