Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned ABA provider delivering high-quality, ethical services to children and families across New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under supervision to implement individualized behavior plans and provide direct therapy to clients with autism and related developmental needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families and professionals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes, schools, and other settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, collect data, and report progress to BCBA and stakeholders.
• Develop rapport with clients and families, providing support throughout therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
