Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Joppa, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and collect data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members.

This part-time position offers evening shifts with potential for full-time opportunities as caseload grows. Training is provided, and opportunities for career advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
