Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Cockeysville, MD is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics. Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check and commute locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
