Job summary

Magin Behavioral Therapies is seeking Behavior Technicians to work in the OC Region, specifically with children and young adults facing developmental disabilities like Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this part-time role, you'll earn between $24.00 to $26.00 per hour and assist clients in a variety of settings including homes and the community.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and providing parent training to facilitate client growth. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and relevant experience with children.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Experience with children in educational settings is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients following treatment plans.
• Provide parent training to enhance client progress.
• Receive support and supervision from BCBA staff.
