Job summary

Magin Behavioral Therapies in Orange County is seeking full-time Behavior Technicians to support children and young adults with autism and other disorders under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing ABA plans in home and community settings.

You'll work Monday through Friday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM with some weekend availability; pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. Must have RBT certification and HS diploma, driver's license, and be able to pass FBI/DOJ clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass FBI/DOJ clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients following individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training to expand the client’s advancement opportunities.
• Receive ongoing supervision in the field by BCBA level staff.
• The most important qualification is a positive attitude and passion for helping others.
