Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to join our in-home therapy team, working 1:1 with a student in their home under supervision of a BCBA. This part-time, after-school role supports children aged 2–22 with ASD.

You will collect data, implement individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with a BCBA for ongoing plan adjustments. Training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn RBT credentials are provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant fields include ABA, psychology, special education, or related human services.
• RBT certification and first aid training are preferred or required by NY State.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the student’s home setting under supervision.
• Collect daily data and track progress per the individualized plan.
• Document progress notes and adjust goals with the BCBA guidance.
