BK Behavior is seeking licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our clients in achieving personal goals through ABA interventions. Positions start part-time and involve home or community-based services, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for clinical collaboration.

As part of a dedicated team, you will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with families to promote confidence and learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Engage with families to foster a positive learning environment.
