Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach their goals and build independence.

As part of a dedicated clinical team, you’ll implement care plans, record progress data, and collaborate with families. This role starts part-time, with opportunities for career advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before working.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families in the process.
