BK Behavior is seeking individuals for in-home ABA services to support children with Autism. The role includes providing one-on-one ABA interventions and collaborating with a clinical team to implement tailored skill-building plans.

Training and support are provided to earn the RBT certification, with opportunities for part-time scheduling and career growth within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before providing services; training/support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and connect with families.
