You will collaborate with store leadership to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor sets and promotions.
• Lead store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate store goals from management to staff and ensure alignment with plans.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signage and timing.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Support risk control by enforcing security policies and safety practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and stockroom organization meets company standards.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement changes accurately.
