Study Smart Group is seeking in-person tutors to support Math and ELA for students in grades 2–8. You will work with small or large groups and access current class materials to tailor lessons.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM CST, with onboarding and ongoing guidance from our Education team. Earn competitive pay and participate in benefits programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Subjects to be taught: Math & ELA
• Grades: 2nd-8th
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart staff
• Partner with Study Smart's Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

Qualifications

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
• In-person availability is required
• Scheduled hours: Mondays - Fridays from 10:00AM - 2:00PM CST
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.

Salary And Benefits

• Excellent rate of pay: $30 an hour
• Paid Onboarding/ Training / Preparation / Support: $22.00 an hour
