McFarland Villa Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time 1st Shift (6AM-2PM) CBRF Caregiver with rotating weekends in McFarland, WI. The Caregiver supports residents with daily living activities and promotes independence with dignity and professional conduct.

Preferred qualifications include prior direct care experience, a High School diploma or GED, CBRF certifications, and CPR certification. Equal opportunity employer; age requirements per policy.

Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CBRF Certifications preferred: Standard Precautions, First Aide, & Fire Safety.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourage resident independence, support resident choice and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
• Exhibit a positive customer service attitude, be approachable and willing to assist others.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information; present neat, clean appearance; participate in in-services.
