McFarland Villa Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time 2nd Shift CBRF Caregiver with rotating weekends to join our team of professionals dedicated to making a difference in residents' lives.

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health, while encouraging independence and preserving dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Encourage independence and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct.
• Support socialization, cognition, and overall physical health of residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information and present a neat, clean appearance.
