McFarland Villa Assisted Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift CBRF Caregiver (6AM-2PM) with rotating weekends to join our team dedicated to residents and their families. The Caregiver supports daily living activities, promotes independence, and upholds dignity through professional conduct.

Preferred qualifications include prior direct care experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and CBRF certifications with First Aid and CPR being a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CBRF certifications preferred: Standard Precautions, First Aid, & Fire Safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization and mobility.
• Encourage resident independence and preserve dignity through respectful interactions.
• Document and report changes in resident condition to the care team; maintain confidentiality.
