Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in High Point is seeking a part-time RN for the Intermediate Care (Overflow) unit at High Point Medical Center. This role supports 12 hours per week with 7am–7pm shifts and every third weekend rotation.

The RN must have an accredited nursing program, active state RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care in a dynamic ICU-adjacent setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• >1 year of RN experience; new graduates apply to openings with “New Graduate RN” in the posting title.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
