Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality initiatives and apply evidence-based practices
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly
• Promote a culture of safety and effective team communication
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
• May float to other units within service area as needed
