Job summary

Study Smart in California (Seaside) seeks tutors for SAT Prep. You will facilitate classes, adapt materials, and maintain communication with the Study Smart team.

Requirements include a 4-year degree, in-person availability, and passing a background check. Compensation includes $45/hour with onboarding/support at $22/hour, plus 401(k) and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Teaching or tutoring experience is required.
• In-person availability is required.
• Background check may include fingerprinting depending on location.

Responsibilities

• SAT Prep instruction for groups in a classroom setting.
• Provide facilitation support to large groups of students.
• Facilitators will have access to information about class assignments.
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart staff.
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor's Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students.
