Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NY driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in home and community; strong communication and organization.
• No experience required; experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology to download multiple apps for community use; comply with ARISE/EFR's technology policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the home and when the client is out in the community.
• Support participation in library, bookstores, nature, and other activities.
• Coordinate with family to maintain schedule and ensure safety and consistency.
