Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while upholding policies.

• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
