AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service. Under the Store Manager, you’ll mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient operations to support our automotive retail mission.

You will oversee sales targets, inventory control, and process adherence while collaborating with commercial account teams to meet customer needs and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.

  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
  • Follow structured store procedures, oversee cash handling, inventory control, and shrink reduction.
  • Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and outstanding service.
  • Drive sales targets through effective inventory management and merchandising.
  • Enforce PPE use and uphold safety practices and company standards.
  • Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries for hub customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding store policies.
