Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service. You’ll work under Store Manager guidance to supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient operations.

The role requires leadership, a flexible full-time schedule (including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime), and strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English. Automotive retail experience is preferred and ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
  • Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
  • Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
  • Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
  • Lead efforts to meet sales targets, optimize inventory, and process returns efficiently.
  • Enforce PPE, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
  • Support timely deliveries and customer needs for commercial and hub departments.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and in line with company policies.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. Through operational oversight and team development, store management supports AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.

As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high‑performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
