Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in automotive or consumer goods.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
• Full-time flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Drive sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure safety, PPE use, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage cash handling, shrink control, and adherence to store procedures.

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
