As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead by example to achieve sales goals, supervise and develop staff, and coordinate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and top-notch customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Flexible schedule: Full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for customers and staff in a retail setting.
  • Bilingual communication: Proficiency in English and Spanish advantageous.
  • Automotive retail experience: Prior work in automotive retail is preferred.
  • Safety and compliance: Adheres to PPE and safety standards.

  • Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
