  • Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
  • Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and operations.
  • Collaborate with store team and department leaders to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
  • Lead sales initiatives and manage inventory to support targets and merchandising.
  • Promote safety and compliance with PPE and company policies.
  • Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries for customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and uphold brand standards.

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
