As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional WOW! service in a vital automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and decision-making in a retail team.
  • Willingness to work full-time including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication must be strong.
  • Experience in automotive retail and service environments.
  • ASE certification or equivalent recognized credential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing store team under Store Manager guidance.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and employees for smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage cash handling, shrink control.
  • Collaborate with commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
  • Drive parts sales, optimize inventory, and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
  • Uphold safety standards and PPE compliance across the store.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly with policy adherence.
  • Provide leadership to enhance service and achieve WOW! customer experience.

  • Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
  • Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
