Job summary

Century Park Associates is hiring Resident Assistant/Care Aide to deliver quality assisted living services. Shifts include part-time and full-time with weekend availability. Pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, reports to the Resident Care Director, and focuses on maximizing residents’ independence.

Required high school diploma; state CNA certification may be required by state. CPR certification must be current; home health aide or CNA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in senior services preferred.
• State CNA certification may be required by state.
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire and must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Read 24 hour log at shift start and verify care needs.
• Escort residents and assist with mobility and ambulation.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support activities and daily routines; maintain hygiene and comfort.
• Ensure infection control guidelines are followed.
