Job summary

Sunset Kia of Sarasota is seeking a friendly, dependable Service Greeter / Shuttle Driver / Porter to join our growing service team. As one of the first teammates customers meet, you’ll greet arrivals, help direct guests to the right service advisor, and set a positive tone from the moment they arrive.

Part-time or full-time schedules are available. You’ll perform light check-ins, provide shuttle service to customers, and move vehicles safely around the lot during daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day.
• Comfortable getting in and out of vehicles frequently.
• Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at our service drive.
• Direct guests to the appropriate service advisor.
• Perform basic vehicle check-in procedures.
• Install protective coverings inside customer vehicles.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide shuttle transportation for customers to and from their homes or workplaces when needed.
• Transport employees between parking areas and dealership locations during our expansion and construction projects.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the dealership.
