Job summary

Sunset Kia of Venice is seeking a Service Porter to join our dealership team in Venice, FL. The role focuses on customer-first service, traffic flow, and keeping the service area organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing vehicles for service, moving cars, washing and detailing, providing shuttle service, and supporting the team with daily tasks. A valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical duties are required.

• Previous automotive dealership or detailing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting with service department traffic flow
• Preparing vehicles for service by installing protective seat covers and floor mats
• Moving vehicles safely between the service department, detail area, and dealership lot
• Washing and detailing customer vehicles
• Providing customer shuttle and vehicle pick-up/drop-off services
• Maintaining department supplies and refreshments
• Assisting with dealership cleanliness and minor facility upkeep
• Supporting team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations
