Job summary

Sunset Kia of Sarasota is seeking a friendly Service Greeter / Shuttle Driver / Porter to join our growing service team. As one of the first team members, you’ll create a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

Part-time or full-time available, with competitive pay and benefits. You’ll greet customers, direct them to the right advisor, assist with check-in, and provide shuttle transport as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at our service drive.
• Direct guests to the appropriate service advisor.
• Perform basic vehicle check-in procedures.
• Install protective coverings inside customer vehicles.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide shuttle transportation for customers to and from their homes or workplaces when needed.
• Transport employees between parking areas and dealership locations during expansion.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the dealership.

As one of the first team members our service customers interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

Part-time or full-time available, depending on availability.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers as they arrive at our service drive
• Direct guests to the appropriate service advisor
• Perform basic vehicle check-in procedures
• Install protective coverings inside customer vehicles
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
• Provide shuttle transportation for customers to and from their homes or workplaces when needed
• Transport employees between parking areas and dealership locations during our expansion and construction projects
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the dealership

What We're Looking For

• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day
• Comfortable getting in and out of vehicles frequently
• Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
