Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Turbine Airfoils, Additive, and Quality Finance Leader to drive financial execution and capability-building across two Part Families within IMAT. You will partner with General Managers to shape strategy, deliver targets, and establish Quality standard work.

You will lead finance teams across 7 sites, develop budgets, allocate capital, and ensure rigorous controllership while developing talent and communicating key financial dynamics to cross-divisional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large and/or geographically-dispersed teams.
• Supply chain finance experience.
• Experience within a Lean operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead Part Family financial leadership, delivering accurate financials and driving operational action.
• Develop site-level Budgets and achieve financial results in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic partnership with Part Family leaders, including network strategy and make/buy decisions.
• Develop and execute capital allocation priorities.
• Help deploy IMAT initiatives and scale financial benefits.
• Lead Finance teams across 7 sites.
• Develop, attract, and retain finance talent and FLIGHT DECK principles.
