Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an Integrated Manufacturing Assembly & Test FP&A Leader to manage planning, analysis, and reporting for IMAT. You will support strategic initiatives, lead MOR/WOR consolidation, and drive continuous improvement through FLIGHT DECK while coordinating with the IMAT GM and staff.

The role involves leading special projects across shops, including business development opportunities, ERP implementations, acquisitions, and IMAT-wide strategic efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of FP&A/Supply Chain Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Part Family and Shop finance teams in planning, reporting, and analysis with variance analysis.
• Drive forecasting, risk management, and data-driven insights to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate financial positions and results.
• Own consolidation and analysis for MORs and WORs and support strategic reviews.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for IMAT HQ with data-driven variance insights.
• Apply FLIGHT DECK methodologies to improve financial processes.
• Lead or support special projects across shops, including business cases, due diligence, ERP integrations.
