Job summary

Waltzing Matilda Aviation in Dallas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage trips from quote to completion for the Dallas CRJ200 fleet. You will crew flights under Part 135 rules, coordinate logistics with FBOs, and support dispatch with weather, NOTAMs, and airport restrictions.

You will work with a cross-functional team including Maintenance, Sales, and Flight Operations Support, ensuring safety and on-time performance in a hybrid, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Part 135/91 charter or corporate flight operations.
• Experience with flight scheduling software and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage trips in flight planning software: aircraft and crew assignments, trip sheets, and itinerary changes.
• Crew-schedule within Part 135 rules and track crew currency and availability.
• Coordinate FBOs, fuel, catering, ground transportation, hotels, and crew logistics.
• Support flight following and dispatch under operational control procedures: weather, NOTAMs, slots, PPRs, and airport restrictions.
• Arrange international trip support, permits, customs, and handling with vendors.
• Act as a point of contact for charter clients and aircraft owners before and during trips.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on aircraft availability and downtime.
• Maintain trip records and assist post-trip billing and reconciliation.

We fly a growing fleet of light, super-midsize and heavy business jets for charter clients and aircraft owners, and we're adding a second base at Dallas Love Field. We're a small team that cares about safety, sweats the details, and treats every trip like it matters, because to our owners and passengers it does.The roleThe Operations Coordinator - Dallas is part of the team that runs our Dallas CRJ200 fleet day to day. You'll plan trips from quote to completion, crew them legally, coordinate logistics, and make sure our clients, owners, and crews have a smooth experience. You'll report to the Part 119 Director of Operations and the Director of Flight Operations Support - Dallas and work closely with our Chief Pilot, Maintenance, and Sales teams.
