Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with the criminal justice population.
• Valid California Driver’s License and access to transportation.
• Ability to obtain background checks and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong coordination and communication with CDCR, CBPs, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals for parolees and link clients to providers.
• Coordinate placements and track bed counts.
• Maintain client records and generate reports.
• Coordinate transportation with partners and provide trainings.
• Perform general clerical tasks and ensure confidentiality.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to community agencies.
