Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with offender intake and data processing is a plus.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records in correctional databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day intake and processing of offenders in OBIS.
• Interpret, code, and enter sentencing documents into CDC and OBIS.
• Verify offender data and establish initial computer records for new commitments.
• Coordinate initial and pre-release orientation programs.
• Screen criminal record information via NCIC/FCIC and prepare prior records.
• Develop and monitor community service work activities and offender photographs.
