Job summary

The Florida Commission on Offender Review is seeking an entry-level Commission Technician II to support the office in Tallahassee. You will help manage conditional and final docket entries and assist with document preparation.

The role requires familiarity with Florida statutes and agency rules, strong attention to detail, and proficient use of standard office software. Training is provided to learn procedures and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Florida Statutes, Commission Rules and Policies.
• Familiarity with procedures and record-keeping.
• Ability to use standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Record official docket entries at meetings.
• Enter final Commission Action in the CDC database and prepare orders ensuring correct name, DOC number, release and term dates; certify orders.
• Certify conditional release and addiction recovery certificates.
• Prepare all file materials for imaging and respond to inquiries from family, attorneys and public officials.
• Perform other duties as required.
