Job summary

Qualifications

• Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Administrative, legal, paralegal, law enforcement, or offender records work experience may substitute for the required education.
• Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Military experience may substitute for the required college.

Responsibilities

• Process open records requests.
• Work in systems such as the Kentucky Offender Management System (KOMS), Court-Net, E-Warrants and the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry System (SOR).
• Review inmate records for transfers.
• Schedule and maintain trips and logs.
• Work directly with the Office of the Courts and Court Officials as well as Local and State Police.
• Complete sentence calculations.
• Compile various reports.
• Respond to inquiries.
