  • Audit accuracy of imprisonment terms and review inmate records for transfers.
  • Enter data into the Kentucky Offender Management System; maintain active/inactive probationer status.
  • Serve as liaison for institutional staff and provide status information to officials and the public.
  • Prepare inmate furloughs, transfers, conditional release and parole lists.
  • Respond to information requests under open records statutes.
