University Hospitals in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support Neuro/Geriatric outpatient services. You will organize, conduct and supervise therapy programs, assess patients, and implement care plans aimed at restoring function and independence.

Emphasis on education for patients and families, with emphasis on safety and PHI compliance. The role requires Ohio licensure or multi-state compact, BLS within 90 days, and strong teamwork for an outpatient adult population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact.
• BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Organizes and conducts Physical Therapy program to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Directs patient participation in treatments to restore and maintain health.
• Performs evaluations and develops treatment plans for rehabilitation needs.
• Educates patient and family on health information and treatment.
