Clementine's Ice Cream is seeking a Parlor Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team of Scoopers. You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain store standards, and manage staffing in a fast-paced parlor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of leadership and sales driving experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to adapt to situations with Guests and scoopers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily parlor operations and inventory.
• Maintain a well merchandised and inviting retail area per Clementine’s standards.
• Manage parlor schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Scoopers.
• Provide excellent guest service and address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
