- Knowledge of landscape architecture, parks and trails planning, design and site development
- Knowledge of land use, environmental and site planning principles
- Familiarity with CAD and GIS software for landscape design and planning
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of park and trails projects and design development
- Coordinate and manage project development teams and external consultants
- Prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates, reports and presentations for park projects
- Review plans for conformance to city policies and program goals
- Interact with multiple city departments, commissions and community groups
