Job summary

The City of Saint Paul is hiring a Park and Recreation Program Supervisor to lead and oversee recreation programs, facilities, and a staff of 50–60 employees. You will set priorities, build partnerships, and ensure quality services in a fast-paced, community‑oriented environment.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3 years in progressive parks/recreation work, a Minnesota Class D license, and CPRP within two years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in progressively responsible professional parks and recreation work including budget management, program planning and oversight, community engagement, facility management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support approximately 50–60 employees.
• Oversee recreation programs and facility operations while managing multiple priorities.
